Harris CA3018 General Purpose Transistor Arrays The CA3018 and CA3018A consist of four general purpose silicon n-p-n transistors on a common monolithic substrate. Two of the four transistors are connected in the Darlington configuration. The substrate is connected to a separate terminal for maximum flexibility.

Harris CA3039 Diode Array The CA3039 consists of six ultra-fast, low capacitance diodes on a common monolithic substrate. Integrated circuit construction assures excellent static and dynamic matching of the diodes, making the array extremely useful for a wide variety of applications in communication and switching systems.

Harris CA3080 Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) The CA3080 and CA3080A types are Gatable-Gain Blocks which utilize the unique operational-transconductance-amplifier (OTA) concept described in Application Note ICAN-6668, “Applications of the CA3080 and CA3080A High-Performance Operational Transconductance Amplifiers”.

Harris CA3140 BiMOS Operational Amplifier with MOSFET Input/Bipolar Output

Harris CA3141 High-Voltage Diode Array For Commercial, Industrial & Military Applications

Harris CA3227 High-Frequency N-P-N Transistor Arrays For Low- Power Applications at Frequencies Up to 1.5GHz

Harris CA3246 High-Frequency N-P-N Transistor Arrays For Low- Power Applications at Frequencies Up to 1.5GHz
