Dell W2600 LCDTV Power problem

Hi, Does anyone know of a fix for the Dell W2600 LCDTV,the symptons are on power up the relay in the psu clicks but no blue led lights,O/P voltages present are 5v,3.3v and 9v,O/P voltages missing 14v and 22v invertor supplys.I have already read this thread: http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=dce_W1700LCD&thread.id=12588&view=by_date_ascending&page=4
and had no luck,I have reflowed I232 and 2 other BGA ic's and still have no power.

Anyone ever come across this phenomana? Angry
